These terms cover your use of execil.net. They do not cover billing services themselves, which are governed by a written services agreement and a business associate agreement signed before any work begins.

Execil is the trading name of EXECIL PVT LTD, a company registered in New York. Contact details are at the end of this page.
Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our services and to request a billing assessment. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain access to any part of it you are not meant to reach, submit false information, or use automated tools to submit the form.
Information on the site
The site describes our services in general terms. It is not legal, financial, coding or compliance advice for your practice, and reading it does not make you a client.
Statistics on the site are cited to their sources. Descriptions of our own services reflect what we offer at the date at the top of this page and may change.
The free billing assessment
Requesting an assessment is free and creates no obligation on either side. We will contact you using the details you provide.
An assessment is a preliminary review based on the information you give us. It is not a guarantee of results. Work on your billing begins only under a signed services agreement and business associate agreement.
Do not send patient information through the form. Our HIPAA Statement explains why, and how patient information is handled once an agreement is in place.
Intellectual property
The content of this site belongs to EXECIL PVT LTD or its licensors. You may read it and share links to it. You may not copy it for commercial use without our written permission.
The practice management and EHR products named on the site are trademarks of their respective owners. They are named so you can see which systems we work in. Naming them does not imply any partnership, endorsement or affiliation.
Links to other sites
The site links to other companies' websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranties
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or always reachable.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York. Any dispute about them will be heard in the courts of New York.
